A real nice arrangement of Moonlight Sonata. A good performance and mix also.

I played horn in a WWQ many years ago so it's really fun to imagine performing this.

    Well done!

    Thanks for listening, Phil.
I've listened to some clarinet works so many times, I can't tell the difference between the ones I really played and the ones I listened
    to a guzillion times.

    Re: ADAGIO from MOONLIGHT SONATA

Hello Gary, it's always interesting for a piano player to hear a piece conceived for piano played by different instruments. The sustaining power of wind or string instruments, which the piano by its nature can't match, nevertheless can inspire the pianist to aim for a better cantabile and legato phrasing in his performances. So thanks for the opportunity of hearing what a wind quintet can do to Beethoven's well-loved piece with its expansive melody. I particularly like the oboe around 1:20.
Incidentally is there a wrong note in the introduction - in bar/measure 4, 2nd beat?
    Again thanks for posting.

    Thanks for listening, Eugene.
I fixed the wrong note. This was a time when I took my eyes away from the ball.
    I was changing a B# to a C and didn't change the E to a F#.

At one time I could play it on piano, but carpal tunnel in both hands ended that...

Gary, I enjoyed hearing this interpretation of a classic! The woodwinds really
help to bring out the beautiful melody. Thanks for sharing this piece. John
