    Dawn of a new age

A Neo-Romantic piece for full Orchestra.
Depicts a very busy market place at the beginning of the 20th Century
with new Immigrants struggling to survive.

    Thanks for listening, Hippie.
This is all I have for today on this piece, but I think I will revisit for additional movements.

I know what you mean about the revisit thing, I am redoing 4 of my songs. I went back and tried to tweak them and it didn't give me what I wanted so I hit delete. LOL

I'm going to have to make a big beer run for this!

    Hi Hippie,
I find that inspiration flies by without recognition if you get fatigued from
several hours work. It's a bit like what happens if I spend too much time working with numbers. Con fu sion!

With me Gary it is the mixing. If I take time off from mixing and mastering and then come back and start a new project I always come up with a bigger sound.

I started doing my CD 6 months ago and then stopped to finish another project and when I came back to it I switched and did Greensleeves and Silent Night and then did The Road To Forever Never More for my old project. My sound had gotten fuller so when I went back to bring the others up to what I was doing now it didn't work...............

I'll start over on the old ones.

What amazes me is what you cats here do.

Time for me to get some snack food ready for the Rose Bowl game.

    Chips.................................check

    Dip...................................check

    Poppers..............................check

    BBQ chicken.......................check

    BEER.................................that's a stupid question

    LOL

Happy New Gary and I'll be watching for your next post here.

    HI AGAIN, HIPPIE.
I have mostly finished Football for the year. The COWBOYS crashed & UT
is always unpredictable in a Bowl game.
Sounds like you're fixed for the night.
Do you roam during a game or mostly stay on the "throne" recliner?
    Happy New Year.
