When will GPO ARIA be available?

    Hi Gary,
I'm dying to buy GPO ARIA already.
    When will it be available?

    Thanks.

Re: When will GPO ARIA be available?

There have been so many confusing posts of late I'm not sure what to hope for. I already have ARIA that came with my Finale 2009, but I can't load GPO into it. When (or if) will I be able to buy GPO to load into it?

I hope I won't have to buy or re-install Aria again.

Gary said that it may be available for download before NAMM which is just around the corner.

Tom, I have FINALE '09, but haven't seen anything about Aria. Where is it?

The "Instruments for Finale" in Finale2009 use Gary's Aria player. You won't be able to load the Kontakt sounds from fullGPO.

I don't think anything other than Aria will hopefully be available before the NAMM show has been stated. I'm excited about it too, but it will be ready when it's ready

Samples are designed for the engine that runs them. Currently, GPO is geared for the Kontakt engine and will not be recognized by ARIA. The good news is that very soon the ARIA-happy version will indeed be available, hopefully within the next few weeks in time for NAMM.

For the many of us who have waited years it seems like a complete relief to know that ARIA GPO will be here within weeks. I am anxiously and patiently waiting for it and know that Gary will let us know as soon as an exact date is decided upon. So in case you're wondering if anyone here knows any secrets about it's release date, the simple answer is that no we don't. We have just been told that hopefully it will be out before NAMM which is coming up very shortly. Hope this helps.

    Keith is right.

It is only a matter of weeks away. We're almost there and we're adding a few more features. It works and sound great. If you're at NAMM check it out.

Thanks for asking about GPO ARIA

    Best,

    Gary

NAMM? no, I'm in Israel. I wish I could be there.
But I'll definately check out all the news from NAMM at sonicreality.com, harmony-central.com and kvraudio.com

Can't wait for it. I hope the manual will be aimed for all audiences including beginner orchestral software users.

    Thanks.
