    Thumbs up Re: Caribbean barbecue

    Fredrik:
A fun listen. Very programmatic and well rendered. I would prefer a little less on the sound effects as I think I started to feel a bit "mal de mer."
I have always thought the expression was "land ho!" but "land haul" makes sense if a buried treasure is about to be "hauled' away.

Another entertaining chapter in your continuing saga Fred.

    Well done as usual.

By golly, they murdered a few more poor souls even while partying.

I think I heard the old pop tune I'll Be Seeing You in L'OLLONAIS THE PIRATE.

I sure hope not! Ha, ha.

Just what I needed after another foot of snow last
night... rofl! A Caribbean visit. (Was that exploding
    chicken in the last part?)

This surprised me a little -- I was expecting steel
drums and island rhythms -- but a well done piece once
    again, Fredrick.

    My best,

    David

Hi Fred, This is getting to be fun! I really like the classic sounding theme in the first part of this. The pizz parts are great. That crazy laugh is getting wilder each time I hear it. The segue into the last part surprised me. I was immersed in another century and time. Thanks for the continuing saga, John

What a fun piece! Great harpsichord and wind work! (A bit less on the SFX would be my preference.)
