Just installed Stylus RMX yesterday on my new Mac Pro, and had no problems at all. Are you certain that you selected the 'right' drive and directory you wished to use at the beginning of the install process? All my samples etc. go on to a separate HD, not the Macintosh HD, but the drive AND a folder must be selected at the beginning. You can also use Finder to check to see if some of the files have been loaded into the correct directory. If so, what you are seeing is very strange

Hello, just curious if you ever found a solution to the problem...I am experiencing the exact same thing (Stylus saying not enough disk space after Disk 2 runs for a bit).
