Omnisphere & 'Freeze Synth' in SONAR Produce clicks & Pops

Tried freezing a track with the new Omnisphere loaded (Mystic Rhodes patch) and after freezing the audio is not only full of pops and clicks the the patch sounds a bit garbled or off somehow. Anyone tried freezing the new Omnisphere update yet?

I don't have pops and clicks when played normally. I will also post on the Cakewalk forums in case SONAR 8.3 is the culprit.

Make sure you have "Fast Bounce" unchecked in the freeze options in Sonar.

    New FINDINGS !!

After lots of experimentation I got rid of all the pops and clicks by doing the following:

In the System panel, under streaming, I turned off streaming, turned off memory lock, and turned off stream read-ahead. Now no pops and clicks at all. Before doing this I did play with the other parameters and the reference manual suggests but there was always a few clicks.

Lesson: on large patches, disable streaming if you have lots of memory (4GB for me) and good CPU power (Quad 6700 @ 2.66GHZ)

    Thoughts anyone?
