    "Back Pedaling"

Sorry, it's not all Garritan sounds but there are several right from the start that I choose everytime I write with those instruments.

    Eric,

This is an enchanting ride, filled with lots of different memories and feelings.

At some point I had the sensation of the wind as it passes by one's ears while pedaling, and the feeling of sweet freedom...

Thanks for sharing this with us.

Hey Eric, Found the song on your Myspace page.
Wonderful work! May I ask what other libraries you use?
I really enjoyed the marcato strings and the "ripping" brass! Great texture, balance, thematic handling, and dynamics. A top notch production.
    Much enjoyed!

I look forward to hearing more of your music.

    Re: "Back Pedaling"

Hey thanks everyone. This has been a labor of love for months now. I actually got inspired by discovering a bunch of my old classmates on a reunion website for my class of 87. I started corresponding with them and it just through me into this really happy, nostalgic state. That's when the idea of a middle age man becoming reacquainted with his inner youth caught my attention. It was an overwhelming feeling really. Like everything I write that I actually finish to this degree, it is deeply personal on some level.

Thanks so much for taking the time to listen. I have hopes of having this filmed someday. I am actually working with a director/cinemetographer for the concept now. I'll let you know if anything ever comes of it.

Is great Eric, naive, positive and dynamic. You use the orchestral palette with skill and lead the listener to an atmosphere full of warm feelings.

    Eric

If you graduated in '87, you are far from middle-aged. At least I like to think so.

I am also curious as to the other libraries used in this.

The piece is put together very well and has a nice flow to it.

    Very nice
