I am new to this group but I need some expert help.
I am musical director for a production of Fiddler on the Roof.
We need a couple of different accordion patches that can be used with a Kuzweill.
One that would work with the louder numbers another that would be good for the softer solo reed moments.
Check out Celtic Winds. You have to have Kontakt though.
two libraries come to my mind:
1.) the PMI Accordion: http://www.sampletekk.com/proddetail...VER-011-FORMAT
2.) Precisionsound's Carina: http://www.store.precisionsound.net/...ordioninfo.php or Weltmeister: http://www.store.precisionsound.net/accordioninfo.php
Both are available in Kontakt, EXS, GIGA and Halion format, the Precisionsound libraries even also in Soundfont format. Don't know which format the Kurzweil handles best but at least SF should be possible.
check out the demos for bardstown audio, I dont have them but they sound fabulous
Right. It's the only one with decent bellows control (breathing)... essential for real schmaltz.
