Excellent work, young tuba dude! It is cinematically creative and well done.

Keep up the good work and I hope to live long enough to see your name one day on the big screen in the "Music By..." category.

I have no idea from which movie it comes. I thought that it was your original work. Isn't it?

No sir. I wish I could write like that. It's John Williams: Jurassic Park. It's the song that plays in flight to the island.
My apologies if I misled you. I honestly thought everyone would recognize it.

    Here's the motion picture track:

Then you need to put that information in your initial post. I saw the movie, of course, but I can't remember every song in every movie that I have ever seen.

Well, I mean this was like THE theme theme. Not the ttle theme granted, but it was like the main melody.

    Re: Journey to the Island

I've enjoyed your transcriptions from different sources both here and in other threads.

On this one I'll have to agree with Larry to some extent - it has been about 15 years since I saw Jurassic Park and have no idea how the themes went. I thought this was an original until I read the post further down.

Again, my apologies for that confusion. I did not intend to trick people or anything. I just remember it so well. My friends hear it and immediately know what it is. To me it was one of the most epic soundtracks in John Williams history, probably next to Star Wars, and I just figured, most of you guys would recognize it.
