    Question Garritan Virtual Pipe Organ?

Are there any plans to release this? I have GPO, but the pipe organ in that has a very limited stoplist.
    Thanks!

I'm curious how it will function!

Will we need to "load" stops?
Or will all the stops be part of a single sample, the way all the string articulations are part of the Strad and Gofriller?

I'm having trouble imagining how this will work from within Finale.

I know a shop or two that sells virtual organs, but I don't figure they're the kind you're looking for.
In theory there is no difference between theory and practice, but in practice there is.

You can make the GPO organ "stoplist" virtually limitless by doing a subtle blend of any other instrument (especially flute, oboe, bassoon, trumpet, etc.) with the organ itself. The secondary instrument must be mixed so that it is barely perceptible.

This is my "Organic". I blended GPO flutes with the basic GPO organ sound.

Well, Larry, that is a good idea. Coupled with changing pitch up or down and octave and fiddling with fundamental levels, the organ is expanded greatly. I will try your method in my next organ composition. Currently, I have not been satisfied with any attempts at composition, so it may be a while.
