    Mixing thread

A long time ago many forum members asked for a new "mixing thread".

More than a year has passed but there is no "mixing thread"

So many members have so many questions!

I remember I asked DPDAN (Dan Kury) to moderate this thread and he said "Sure, why not?"

    So, lets go! or?

    A Better Way to Mix!
In theory there is no difference between theory and practice, but in practice there is.

I have always preferred the blend that Kitchen Aid provides...

but there are many tools available that we can use to get the right mix,
It all boils down to the chef.

HEY Dan! I like your black mixer better than my white one. Let's swap?

(trying to mix his latest opus--MAN it's a tough one - I need a heavy duty looking BLAAACK mixer)

---poor Gunther wanted a serious thread. Ok ok, we'll settle down and get serious---maybe.

    O. K. . . .

I believe in mixing by hand and not with the help of some electronic, mechanical device.

(By the way. . . I searched the web for a nice hand mixing bowl with wooden spoon. This was the best I could find. So. What that basically means is that I truly need to get a life! LOL! )

Keith, all Grandma's should have one of these mmmmmmmixers

Ted, you have a rich life!

Randy, believe it or not, I got a Kitchen Aid mixer exactly like the one pictured, even shiny black.
    It's awesome.
