PLEASE POST ANY QUESTIONS. I'M HAPPY TO ANSWER AND QUESTIONS.

Big Bad Bass Guitar is a collection of rough and tumble low-end riffs, lines and progressions designed to be the backbone of any modern or hardrock song.

Big Bad Bass Guitar supplies companion lines for every suite in Nine Volt Audio’s popular Big Bad Guitars, and goes beyond with parts for 14 other tracks. Heavy hooks with tunings as low as Drop-C, parts played with a pick and fingerstyle, and a huge selection of “toolbox” bass patterns, muted strums and slides are all designed to get tracks from here-to-there with realism and ease.

All parts were recorded on a Fender Precision BassÒ using an amp tone that was chosen to work right out-of-the-box, while still allowing for tonal customization. And forget the constraints of tempo: as part of the BPM Flex Series, Big Bad Bass Guitar allows every REX-based loop to be used at virtually any tempo with no artificial stretching or audio artifacts. This allows for seamless mixing-and-matching of parts across the entire collection.

So if you already own Big Bad Guitars, need some low-end inspiration or simply have a track that needs an injection of deep attitude, Big Bad Bass Guitar is ready to set the foundation.

    --------------------------------

At the request of customers, Nine Volt Audio has released Big Bad Guitars Direct - a clean, uneffected, uncompressed, direct-to-the-board version of the Big Bad Guitars loop collection.

With today's wide range and affordability of amp simulation plug-ins (many of which now come bundled with sequencers) embracing the huge range of guitar tone options that are available has never been easier.

Use Big Bad Guitars Direct to:

    - Seamlessly mix and match parts from every song suite by using your own amp tones.

    - Add "effect pedal" sounds to the signal BEFORE hitting the amp; like a guitar player would do.

    - Use traditional guitar player tone techniques, like using different levels of overdrive/distortion depending on the dynamics of the song.

Big Bad Guitars Direct is another release in the BPM Flex Series, so rest assured that every REX-based loop in the collection can be used at virtually any tempo without artificial stretching or unwanted audio artifacts.

Purchase Big Bad Guitars Direct and Big Bad Guitars at the same time and save $65.00.
Owners of the standard version of Big Bad Guitars can upgrade for only $34.99.

Why don´t you have a discount for buying both of them (guitar direct + bass)?
Well, we don't have a guitar + bass discount combo since they are different products.
    .
But we do have Big Bad Guitars (std) and Big Bad Guitars Direct for $134.98 - which is a savings of $65.00 over buying both separately.

We also offer Big Bad Guitars Direct for $34.99 to customers that already own Big Bad Guitars.

We also currently have a coupon code good for $10 off andy regular product: direct

Hopefully that'll give you a few ways to save.
    Thanks!

Question kit change in preset loop?

two questions, ...in stylus rmx, is it possible to change the kit in any preset loop, (not multi), ...sometimes the loop is cool, but not the kit?

    not really
In RMX the audioloop is chopped into slices and these are represented in a midifile in a chromatic fashion.
If you are patient enough you could remap the notes in the midifile so it works with the slices of a different loop.
Most of the time i simply use another snare or layer one on top if i am not totally happy with the sound of a loop but like the groove.

Sometimes i will combine the wrong MIDIfile with a loop deliberately just for fun. You can get interesting results that way because the MIDIfile still has that groove but it will trigger all the wrong slices and put snares where there was a hihat and so forth. Instant inspiration!
