    ASCAP members: The ASCAP Foundation Rudolf Nissim Prize

    ASCAP members:

    "A $5000 cash prize is presented annually to an ASCAP concert composer for a work requiring a conductor that has not been performed professionally. A jury of conductors selects the winning score."

    Hi, Dan - Quite the contest indeed! People entering need to be ASCAP members, but otherwise it looks like it's for composers world-wide:

    "ELIGIBILITY: All living concert composer members of ASCAP. Prior winners of this Prize are ineligible."

    I'm not prepared with something of the scope they're looking for, but wanted to alert any ASCAP members here who may not have been aware of the contest and the approaching deadline.
