    Word of the Week: MELLIFLUOUS

Styxx suggested this Word of the Week:

    MELLIFLUOUS

    mel-lif'-lu-ous
    Pronunciation
    [muh-lif-loo-uhs] –adjective

    1. sweetly or smoothly flowing; sweet-sounding: a mellifluous voice; mellifluous tones.
    2. flowing with honey; sweetened with or as if with honey.

A great deal of music in the listening room is mellifluous!

Thanks Styxx for this week's word.

Feel free to keep those words coming.

There once was a woman who flew us
To Zanzibar, Rome and Saint Louis.
    She served us some beer
    And I said, "My dear,
This brew is a drink mellifluous!"
In theory there is no difference between theory and practice, but in practice there is.
