Mozart On Ice - CMB vs live low brass

Here is a twisted little combination of Mozart themes blended with Jingle Bells. The realization employes the CMB low brass, three Euphonium and three Tuba parts.

And here it is again live, performed by the Eastman Tuba Mirum low brass ensemble, with yours truely on bells.

That's a pretty good arrangement, especially given the limited sonic range of these instruments. I couldn't get all the references, but the Nozze di Figaro and eine kleine Nachtmusik I got. Zauberflöte too? Anyway, well done!

Glad that you enjoyed the work. The one addtional theme was the Alleuha that at the moment I don't remember the source. It was a lot of fun to put together.
