    "Elegy For My Youth"

    All,

This is my "Elegy For My Youth".

The instruments are a mixture of GPO and VSL.

    Hi Larry,

Very nice ... wistful and melancholy, but very beautiful nonetheless.

    Ahoy there, Larry,

Quite a dramatic piece you have here! It certainly goes as a reminder that those should enjoy youth while they still have it. This piece is quite to-the-point, and was an enjoyable listen, thanks for posting!

You must have had a wonderful youth and now as aging is creeping in, you just went back in dispair. Oh, boy.... Is this an "Alexander" piece? Not quite the same as always, so very melancholical and in contrast of your former pieces. By the way, your string handling is almost baroque (I had to think of Händel).

    Great and almost in tears,

    Raymond
