    "Monk Business"

    Y'all,

Here's something that I first posted four years ago, back in 2006. Since then I have tweaked it and hopefully improved it. This is a re-visit to my "Monk Business". It features 'throat singing', a technique whereby Tibetan monks are able to sing incredibly low notes and sustain them for a long period of time.

The 'throat singing' is accomplished with a plug-in called the "Delay Lama". The strings are all GPO.

Larry, I always knew you had a nice voice,
but you were just too shy to let us hear it.

Delay Lama!! Larry, yur crackin' me up!! The only suggestion I can make, and these are rare from me, but I'd say, lose the monks and slow it down considerably as what you have going on with the GPO is very beautiful and wants to be out-front. But, it's a gas with the monks too! I wonder if any of the money from this software goes to supporting Tibetan independence?
    Thanks for sharing!

    Best regards,

    Thank you...I think.

I had a little sore throat when I recorded that.
