New Galaxy Vintage D piano

I love the sound of this piano but in my case is completely unusable and I find every new update even worst than its predecessor. I am still using 1.0 instead of 1.0.1 or 1.1.1 and I only get noises everywhere, even without using the the sustain pedal at all and playing only 3 notes. The new updates are even worst.

I can get tons of polyphony with other piano libraries so the problem is not my DAW. I read a lot of people have the same problems and nobody from Best Service has announced a new update.

I wonder if somebody in this forum is able to use it and the most important thing, HOW?

Hi Galaxy users,
Meanwhile the update 1.2 with a completely renewed script is available through your NI Service Center.
That should solve all known bugs in Vintage D and Galaxy II Pianos!
