    Contact Support - no reply after a week

    How long does it usually take to get a response to questions put through the "Contact Support" screen?

    I submitted two questions seven days ago (minus a an hour or two) and, apart from the two acknowledgement e-mails, haven't heard anything since.

    Hello Chan,

    I don't know the answer to your present question. However, if your questions are of a technical nature such as player, library, sequencer, notation editor type queries you could try posting them here. Someone in the forums might be able to help.

    same here, I emailed support about the clicks in the trombones but got no reply.

    I handle support and all email is usually answered as soon as I get it except out of hours. Looks like I'm not getting some email which is something I'll look into.

    I just resent my mail, but there is also a post in the forums
    about the trombone 1 clicks.
