    Hello all!

Here is a piece that is supposed to convey the feeling of a high-energy chase! Enjoy and all comments are welcomed! Here is the link:

    Very Good!
    Is the brass all GPO?

Very intense piece you have there! You've certainly managed to get a wide variety of sounds into such a short piece (but certainly not overwhelmingly so). It's a very nice blend of instruments you've chosen, care to share which libraries you've used?

Thanks for posting: a very nice piece!

Thanks for listening and I appreciate the comments. The brass is comprised of two libraries: GPO and EWQL Platinum Orchestra. The strings and percussion are also a mix of the two aforementioned libraries. The soft-synth is a standard plug-in that comes with Logic Pro 9. I also used NI Kontakt 4 to cut up some break-beats to accent certain parts of the piece/ track.

This is my second attempt at this style of "chase/ adventure" incidental type of sound. I believe the audio mix could use a little tweaking (esp. the strings, a bit too loud IMHO), but I am happy with the overall results. I'm going to continue to work on this style of incidental music and keep posting new material on my website http://www.jamesjumonville.com often. Thanks again and I hope everyone is doing well!

    Michael,

I enjoyed your page and good job on all of your music my friend! I really enjoyed "Mirrors" in particular. A nice ostinato-based piece that has nice high and wonderful musical accents! Very "magical" sounding!
