I've been meaning to share some music for a while now, but the main project I'm collaborating on seems to be taking forever!

So for now, here's a rendition I have completed of a little piece by one of my favourite composers: Louis Hardin (aka "Moondog"), from the album "Sax Pax for a Sax".

"Sandlewood": http://www.box.net/shared/xlhs5jq669

I though it would be fun and fitting to oppose the 5 saxes (as per the original) from CoMB, with Randy's Kitchen Sink percussion set (and a bass drum from NI's Battery).

Moondog (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Moondog) mixed "high art" (he apparently criticised Bach for not following the rules of counterpoint strictly, while being a street performer and, like Randy, an inventor of odd musical instruments.

Like Moondog, Randy also seems to have modelled himself on the Norse god Thor!

Comments and suggestions for improvements welcome!
