Why in the hell isn't mono compatibility a top shelf issue?

Many of us are using sampled pianos live now. The vast majority sound like poo when they are summed. There is a real need for a fine mono sampled piano

Some developer REALLY needs to create a top-notch mono piano sample set. I think the market is there more than anyone realizes.

Curiously, the new $700 Casio Privia PX-3 has a mono piano.
