The interesting thing about sample developers is the spectrum of pricing over the years. Recently IK had a massive sale, EW is always is doing a 2 for 1 and NI's Komplete just seems like a no-brainer considering all you get and the new reduced price. My point earlier is that these are the companies that are getting my money. I just soent $200 upgrading to Komplete 7 and will be able to make a ton of music with that package. I only had to spend $200 because of the loyalty discount coming up from Komplete 6. I understand that Symphobia 2 is completely new material but it's not a radically differnet instrument than Symphobia 1. (they both focus on orchetral sounds and fx)
It would be interesting to see if they lowered the price of each package to say $500, maybe both for $900. I'm betting they would be richer making it up on sheer volume.

) are true legato ( recorded as usual with the same SAM approach, with different instruments at the same time) and the new effects that are more specific than in Sy1.
After just purchasing NI Komplete 7 and orangetree guitar (thanks to this awful forum!) its just hard to justify spending another grand , especially after upgrading memory and hard drives on both my laptops and desktops to accomodate these ilbraries.
