Just went Win7 64 bit, question on Spectrasonics plugs.

I just went 64 bit this weekend, and added 4g ram for a total of 8.
    I've loaded the 32 & 64bit versions of Cubase 5.
Once I re-install Omnisphere, Trilian & Stylus RMX, do all their updates to 64bit, will I still be able to use them in the Cubase 32bit environment?

The reason I ask this is because I like to Rewire Acid & Reason to Cubase 32bit, and understand that Rewire no longer works in a 64 bit environment.
So if I do want to do this, am I losing the Spectrasonics plugs when using 32bit?
What we record in life, echoes in eternity.

They install both 32 and 64bit versions automatically.
