I'm going to be checking Spectrasonics.net and forums several times today ... an announcement from them is the thing I'm hoping for most!

Has Eric been rather quite lately? Im also hoping for some huge announcement, but think that the announcement won't be as big as we think it may be. I'm thinking a major update to something rather then a new library. I hope for both lol.

I am thinking we may be a little dissapointed with this NAMM- it feels like everyone is still playing it safe and not releasing anything ground-breaking (maybe Kord's new workstation- but man- I still feel like going laptop-based is the bomb). Hoping Eric does release something (if not to just make us all feel good about the economy hopefully coming back).

    Quote from https://www.facebook.com/BobMoogFoundation yesterday:

"If you will be attending NAMM, come see us at booth 6100, where we are graciously hosted by Moog Music Inc. Michelle will also be giving daily sneak peek presentations with Eric Persing of Spectrasonics on an upcoming c...ollaboration. Check it out daily in the Spectrasonics booth #6720 at 2:30pm."

'Orbisphere'..........and with motion recording and randomization!. Incredibly cool for a .5 free update. And better synthesis, 700 new patches, iPad support, poliphonic aftertouch.........and more. Can't wait to see Eric's video about this.
