New latin-jazz piece for large ensemble with strings

I'd be most grateful for any feedback on my new piece. Thanks!

I like the music but I would like more percussion to bring out the rhythm and highlights
sort like Spyro Gyra would do

I'm new to all this. What does "normalize the sound file" mean?

I think I got it. I googled it. No I haven't done that, so the volume is a bit too loud. Too late to do it since it's already up on cdbaby/itunes/amazon. But next time. Thanks for the tip.

Yes I agree about the lack of percussion. I was trying to keep it very spare, but I think I went too far in that direction.

Would you say this normalization software is ok, or would you recommend something else?

there is a freebe that works well

    http://audacity.sourceforge.net/

does about all I use peak pro

when you normalize for the first time use the zero value until you get used to the proceedure, normalize will keep all your files the same volume
