    Is there software for this?

Is there a way to time stretch an audio track incrementally? Like a record slowing down. Imported into Adobe CS-4 I can do this, kind of, but I thought there might be some software that will do it in your DAW.

You can do it with your DAW. Most DAWs offer pitch and tempo algorithms like Elastique. I dont know which DAW you have, but you only need to set two diffrent points with different BPM and let your DAW adjust the audio. Samplitude, Reaper, Sonar, Cubase, all them can, i believe.
