Before you post here to report a problem in a Spectrasonics product...
Usually when you encounter a problem, you want it solved as quickly as possible. Here are a couple of tips on how to speed up the process:
1) Make sure you're running the latest version.
If you're running an old version, there's a good chance the problem you've encountered is fixed in a newer version. In Omnisphere and Trilian, use the "Check for Update" button to verify you're up to date. In RMX, look for the version number at the end of the Utility pop up menu and compare it to the version number at http://www.spectrasonics.net/support...mx-updates.php
2) Check the FAQs
If you have a question, there's a good chance somebody has asked it before and it is answered in the FAQs at support.spectrasonics.net
3) Contact Spectrasonics tech support
If you have a problem, the way to bring it to the attention of Spectrasonics is to contact tech support with the details. They'll work with you to get the problem solved. Likewise if you have a question that isn't in the FAQs, they'll be glad to help you find the answer. See support.spectrasonics.net for contact info.
