Transfer RMX from G5 to Intel based Mac

I own Stylus RMX 1.5 and a few of the supplemental SAGE libraries. Have been running it via RTAS on a 2.0ghz dual G5 in Pro Tools 7 and 8. (I have both on the G5 on separate drives)

I would like to install RMX on another Mac which is linked via ethernet to the G5. (2.8ghz dual quad core Xeon) Am using Vienna Ensemble Pro to host VI's in sync with Pro Tools on the G5 handling all the audio chores.

How can I transfer RMX and associated files to the other computer? Will I lose the ability to use the RMX on the G5? Do I have to uninstall?

Also, is RMX 64 bit or 32 bit?

    Thanks for your help.

Stylus RMX is 32 and 64 bit Native in OSX, so no worry there. A.F.I.K. it's one license on one machine, so you'd need a second license if you want to have it on both computers, BUT you'll need to check with Spectrasonics about that, or have a look at your EULA.
Cubase 7.0.3, Wavelab 7.1, Omnisphere, Trilian, Stylus RMX, Symphobia 1 & 2 , all Spitfire libraries, LASS 2, Requiem Pro, Voxos, Superior Drummer 2, Komplete 8, Cinematic Guitars, most EW libraries, Chris Hein Horns, Guitar & Bass, 2.8 GHz Mac Pro, 18 GB RAM, OS 10.6.8, RME Multiface II + HDSP PCIe

    Excerpt from Spectrasonics Knowledgebase

"Can I use my Spectrasonics Instruments on more than one computer at a time?
Yes, as long as you are the only user."
