Audiophile 2496 with Fl studio and Oxygen 49 Cracking playback.

I use Oxygen 49 to recorded midi with FL studio, my card is audiophile 2496. The problem is there's a lot of crackle noise when playback, Although I've I adjust the buffer size to 2048 in asio4all. My computer is running about 10% and I've just used a few VSTs. It works fine and sounds crystal clear when I don't use midi controller knobs (oxygen 49) and do all things with mouse no matter how many VSTs I've loaded ( Sometimes computer runs about 70 to 80 % but it's still ok) . But when I used the knobs of oxygen 49 to automated somethings then the sound turns bad. My computer is core i5 750 and 4gb of ram.
