    We have detected a problem with your account, please contact technical support...

    Well, here I am.

    This message pops up when I click on the "register products here" link. Also, for some reason the reverb isn't working even though it's on. I switched it to a few of the different presets, yet it still did not work. I have GPO4 and aria player.

    Any clues on how to fix this?

    Hi!

    My guess is you're using a Mac... There's a bug that can easily be tweaked if you follow the instructions here:
