HELP ! My Omnisphere User'Multis unreadables !

Hello !
After a crah on my PC, I had to reinstall Windows 7, and I had to re-install Omnisphere.
Everything works fine, except it doesn't "see" my User Multis.
My folder STEAM is on another hard-disk. I can see my multis are still there, in the User Folder, but when I try to load them, they are invisible in Omnisphere's Browser.

Anyone can help me ?!

I would suggest to just re-install Omni again, cause it will ask you for your steam folder again and perhaps then read all the presets? At least this is what I would try first.

As mentioned so many times here, please contact Spectrasonics Support for assistance. That should be your first step when you have a problem with one of their products and can't solve it.

Ok Sid Francis, but I just re-installed Omnisphere, and the Steam Folder is correctly identified

You're welcome, but actually I'm only the messenger here. The request to contact them first comes from Spectrasonics, not users. Spectrasonics prefers to assist that way. Also, while reinstalling appears to have solved your problem, please keep in mind that normally that approach may not the best. There may have been other ways. Reinstalling will sometimes only compound a problem.
