    I NEED GOOD BASS

Can anyone recommend a bass lbrary that has good variety, good programming and samples that will really stand out in a mix. I heard that the Dan Dean library is good. Any suggestions? Peace.

You can listen to the various basses in my GigaBass Collection at my website: http://www.halcyon.com/ddean/
There are a lot of different options from electric to acoustic. I think you\'ll find they really sit in a track. Don Grusin and George Duke use them and fool people.

    Thanks,

    Hi,

for e-bass have also a look on Xsample 1. There is a 5 string-bass with 31 (!) different presets including 11 different sounds (with fret noise programmed as fadeable release switch) and 437 top quality bass samples. By the way there are also a good rhodes and a wurlitzer on this CD. You will find this CD in the best of list at the best service web.
