I tested it for EMU (9 CD´s) and AKAI (9 CD´s) i didn´t hear the Version for Giga-Sampler because there are still working on it. In the first Edition of the XSample library are no Section-Instruments on it just Solo-Instruments. The quality is very, very good. Very good recordings also. (for e.g. the harp is so beautyfull you can´t believe it !). I think Best Service will release the Giga-Sampler Version in about 1-2 months. Ask Best Service for a DEMO CD which is available.
From my experience, Best Service produce excellent quality products so i\'m confident it\'ll be great. I constantly buy production samples from a variety of sources. Some are just horrible and yet they will recieve great 5 star reviews. Its not my place to
name the shoddy ones but i certainly have confidence with Best Service products.
I am in no way connected to the company buy the way.
It is a rarely used instrument, a kind of \"mezzo-soprano\" Oboe. It is built a minor third below the standard oboe, but does not possess the key-extension for producing the low Bb. It´s upward range is to the high E.
our idea is to create playable instruments of highest quality. We have
certainly recorded violin, viola and double bass vibrato also flute and piccolo,
there are also a lot of other instruments and playing styles in our archives,
but we can\'t do everything at one time. We also want to start with some fresh
and unusual sounds. So we had to decide to a selection.
We mastered 27 CD\'s. Every format (GigaSampler, Emu and Akai) contains more than
17600 samples, that\'s really a lot, as far as I know it\'s the biggest
library. All these samples are prepared and tuned very carefully and with
highest quality standard one by one, that takes a lot of time...
The GigaSampler version contains more than 1000 instruments (presets).
