    A Mystery Tune From Snorlax

    Hi, everyone...

Had a day off from work today so I thought I'd throw a piece together in Finale.
This is just a first pass with very little processing, if any at all.
I just wanted to get it out because I had such a fun time doing it.
More to follow as I work on it.

See if you can identify tune and composer!

    SNOR'S MYSTERY TUNE--First pass

All JABB. Harmon trumpet, clarinet, tenor sax, piano, bass, drums

I'll be back after this weekend to listen to others' music...Thought I'd be gig-free in October, but will actually be playing every weekend

How pleasant to start a new day with such an optimistic and joyful tune. Sounds great and very realistic instruments (mainly the sax). As Raymond said, take more days off!

Beats me all to heck what it is! And looks like nobody else so far can detect what this is based on - hmmm- BUT, in any case, it's such a great track--! WHeeeeee, it's fun - You're going to have a blast doing whatever spiffing on it you have in mind. Love it, Snor.

I like the light hearted feel of it. It sounds like maybe it came from a musical or film. ????????

Enjoyed listening to your rendition of whatever it is.

Fun little thing. Not much to work with, but you have managed to do quite a lot with a little.

Hi Jim - Long time - Could it be something by Scott Joplin possibly ? - not one I know but quite similar to his style.
