    Dear, Kirk Hunter. (Solo Strings)

    Kirk,

Thank you for the sneak peek into your latest release.

This is a truly expressive and emotion heavy violin you have made. I have been searching for this type of sound for some time.

Are you familiar with, Ashokan Farewell from the Civil War series on PBS?

Ah, finally a slow and haunting string.

I look forward to the Cello, Viola and Contra Bass as well.

I will place my order ASAP.

    Thank you again.
    Bravo!

    Francis Belardino

    My pleasure.

What is the current status of this project?

I would like to purchase when it is complete.

    Let me know.

    Frank

PS. A tips and tricks help file would be great also. Working with slides, etc.

    (great sounds. great price)

francis, there\'s no need to wait - irk has been very good about sending out updates as pieces of the lib are done. And they sound great...

<font size=\"2\" face=\"Verdana, Arial\">Until the library is complete, all updates are automatically sent to those who have purchased the library.

I see, I order from your website.

For those who have purchased this solo strings, how user-friendly is it? To get the violin to sounds as some of the demos Kirk has posted, is this a lot of tweaking using up lots of tracks with different articulations etc.?

Just curious. I see that the London Solo strings are being marketed as very easy to use and just want some feedback on this.

    <font size=\"2\" face=\"Verdana, Arial\">Hi Marty.

FYI, all the demos were done with only ONE instrument on ONE MIDI channel. The different articulations you hear were done by use of the Mod Wheel. There were some \"after-the-fact\" MIDI tweaks, but only in some of the velocities, and durations just to clean up my horrid keyboard abilities.

    Thanks,
    Kirk Hunter

Did I somehow miss these? I have DDSS and would like to compare.
