I did get a demo of Arturia\'s CS-80 V, an emulation of Yamaha\'s classic CS-80 synth. Another gorgeous graphical reproduction, like its Moog Modular V, the CS-80 V does have a few new wrinkles--an arpeggiator, a stereo delay, and a modulation matrix. A screenshot previously released online showed the top fifth or so of the virtual instrument\'s interface covered by the \"fan.\" What it didn\'t show was by clicking on the lower-left corner of the fan, you open up the \"multi-mode\" window. You can use the multi mode to run a different sound for each of four voices, or do a four-way keyboard split for multi-timbrality. Needless to say, this mode will put a pretty big hit on your CPU load.
