Newbie help please "more than one VST"

I dont understand the following excerpt from the garritan GPO and JBB user guide

    Windows VST applications only:
To use Garritan Personal Orchestra 4 with more than one VST
application, you need to manually copy the ARIA Player VST_x86.dll, installed into the chosen folder
during installation of the library, to the appropriate VST-compatible host application’s VST folder. Please
refer to your particular application’s user’s guide and the Garritan support site for more information.

Im using Cakewalk Sonar X2 A both VST and Standalone versions of Garritan JBB and GPO

    Thank You

Basically, the VSTi is an API standard developed by Steinberg in Germany. It allows any application (or VST host as they say) to use the library even at the same time. To let the application "find" the VST (which is a DLL in Windows), you need to make sure your host application can find the DLL location. So, in Sonar this usually C:\Program Files\Cakewalk\VST or C:\Program Files(x86)\Cakewalk\VST
So, you can use the Plugin Manager to add the correct location of the ARIA Player DLLs to Sonar.

See Utilities->Cakewalk Plugin-Manager from the menu.
